the Naperville chapter organizes community education events around Alzheimer's prevention, caregiver support resources, and early recognition. we partner with local healthcare systems, memory care facilities, and civic organizations to extend our reach across the region. the work is both public-facing — raising awareness — and direct: connecting affected families to support resources.

expanded chapter membership through targeted outreach. coordinated with the executive board to design and execute community education events. developed organizational partnerships to extend program reach. maintaining communications between chapter members and AFA national leadership — ensuring local chapter work aligns with and contributes to the national organization's strategy.
