what i've learned
working in a surgical environment has given me direct exposure to the operational and human realities of healthcare: how clinical teams make decisions under pressure, how patient experience is shaped by the smallest interactions, and how much coordination is required to keep a hospital unit running. this experience directly informs how I think about healthcare technology and bio-intelligence systems.
